  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users (Visitors) in connection with their use of the services offered by Aflopark https://aflopark.pl/.
  2. The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is AFLOPA Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office at Partyzancka 133/151, 95-200 Pabianice, KRS 0000371631, NIP 7312029951, REGON 101002311 (hereinafter: Administrator).
  3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor Mr. Mariusz Zajkiewicz, who can be contacted at email address: daneosobowe@aflopa.pl or traditionally by sending correspondence to the address of the company’s registered office with the note ‘RODO’.
  4. The administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:
    • sending commercial information (free newsletter subscription) – on the basis of the consent given, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO (consent) with the use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems in accordance with Article 172, paragraph 1, of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2019.0.2460 t.j.), (data processing period until consent is withdrawn).
    • for the website to personalise and remember your preferences and settings (cookies). The basis for processing will be Article 173, Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2019.0.2460, i.e.) and Art. 6, para. 1lit. a RODO (consent), IP address, date, time of login, (data processing period until history is deleted from own browser).
    • to conclude or prepare a contract ‘including a contract with specific content’ in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, (processing period for 5 years after the end of the accounting year for accounting and tax purposes).
    • fulfilment of legal obligations arising in particular from accounting and tax legislation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) RODO (legal obligation) name, credit card number and e-mail address, TIN, KRS, (data processing period: 6 years).
    • possible establishment, investigation, enforcement or defence of claims, which are the realisation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator (such as debt collection, conducting court and enforcement proceedings) in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO (legitimate interest of the Administrator) data necessary for the realisation of rights. (period of data processing until the end of the dispute).
    • Prevention of fraud and abuse – to ensure the security of the Services provided in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO (legitimate interest of the controller) data necessary for the exercise of rights. (Data processing period: 6 years).
  1. The recipients of the processing of your personal data will be the entities cooperating with the Administrator in:
    • Legal support, IT, property protection issues on the basis of contracts, authorisations with respect to personal data security. Third parties acting for and on behalf of the owner of the Facility, in particular the Service Provider, entities supporting the general ICT infrastructure of the owner of the Facility,
    • third-party administrators – service providers handling online and credit and debit card payments,
    • public entities authorised under applicable law to receive personal data (e.g. police, public prosecutor’s office),
  2. Your personal data will be profiled in order to improve Aflopark’s offer and services by analysing sales.
  3. You have the right:
    • request that we provide you with further information on how we use your personal data,
    • request that we provide access to and a copy of the personal data relating to him or her that has been provided to us, receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data that he or she has provided to us and, insofar as this is technically possible,
    • request the transfer of such data to another controller without hindrance if the processing is based on consent or contract and by automated means,
    • request that we correct any inaccuracies in the data we hold,

    • object to the processing in question on grounds of legitimate interest relating to your particular situation, unless our grounds for processing override your interests, rights and freedoms,
    • request the restriction of data processing, e.g. for the duration of a complaint.

  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
