Rules and regulations for Aflopark

These rules and regulations are for your safety and enjoyment when visiting the Aflopark in Pabianice and Ksawerów, as well as for the good condition of the gardens themselves. When deciding to enter the Aflopark, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.

I. General provisions

  1. Aflopark is owned by Aflopa Nieruchomości Sp. z.o.o. Sp.k.
  2. Aflopark is a green facility with a cultural and entertainment character.

II. Tickets

  1. There is an entrance fee for both parts of Aflopark. The current price list is available at the ticket office, which is located next to the parks, and at: www.aflopark.pl.
  2. Tickets are available for sale: normal, reduced (for residents of Pabianice and Ksawerów) and an annual pass.
  3. Admission prices to Aflopark are subject to change during the season, i.e. from the first day of April to the last day of October.
  4. The entrance ticket to Aflopark is a day ticket. The only restrictions are the opening and closing times of Aflopark. The time spent in Aflopark depends on the visitor’s wishes during the opening hours.
  5. Please be informed that, pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to a contract for the provision of services related to entertainment, sports or event culture, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision.

III. Booking for tours

  1. Reservations for tour dates for organised groups and excursions must be made by email to (aflopark@aflopa.pl) well in advance.

IV. Visiting hours

  1. The Aflopark opens and closes according to the schedule available on our website: www.aflopark.pl and on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Aflopark-114356863661499
  2. Aflopark is only open at weekends, i.e. on Saturday and Sunday.
  3. When purchasing tickets and entering the Aflopark, please note that the opening hours are fixed and strictly adhered to, so it is no longer possible to purchase a ticket 45 minutes before closing.
  4. We reserve the right to make changes to the Aflopark opening schedule. This may take place in exceptional cases, e.g.: planned power cuts, maintenance work, bad weather (strong winds, heavy rain, storms, low temperatures), closed events in the park, etc. Please check (before coming to the gardens) the current announcements about changes in the opening hours of the gardens on the websites: www.aflopark.pl, https://www.facebook.com/Aflopark-114356863661499. A ticket which cannot be redeemed on a given day due to the above circumstances can be used within the next 14 calendar days.

V. Photography and filming

  1. Photography and filming on the Aflopark premises is free of charge – this applies to capturing images for personal, private and non-commercial use and without professional equipment*, excluding photo or film shoots **.
  2. Without the written permission of the owner of Aflopark, the taking, publication of photos and videos in the form and for commercial purposes (directly or indirectly) is prohibited.
  3. For information on the current fee for a one-off photo and/or film session**, please contact aflopark@aflopa.pl.
  4. Photo or film sessions** that will be published or used for commercial purposes are subject to individual pricing and must be requested 3-5 days in advance. Please send enquiries to our email address: aflopark@aflopa.pl.
  5. Filming and photography with drones, regardless of size, is strictly prohibited on Aflopark premises.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse to use photographs and films.
    *professional equipment includes: cameras and camcorders fitted with external lights, blenders, tripods, etc.
    **A photographic or film session is considered to be:

    • weddings, christenings, communions and other celebrations,
    • capturing images of people in disguise, wearing costumes or distinctive outfits,
    • capturing images in Aflopark in a professional or commercial manner.

VI. Parking

  1. Aflopark provides its car park at 195 Partyzancka Street in Pabianice free of charge.
  2. The car park is not guarded. Aflopark is not responsible for any damage to the car by third parties or for items left in the parked car.

VII. Animals

  1. It is prohibited to bring any animals into the Aflopark area. This also applies to small animals carried on hands, in bags and cages. The size or breed of the animal is irrelevant. The ban does not apply to guide dogs for the blind.

VIII. Wheelchairs and prams, bicycles

  1. The Aflopark can be visited in a wheelchair and with a pushchair.
  2. Bicycles, scooters, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates and other vehicles that may pose a danger to visitors are strictly prohibited.

IX. Other conditions of order and safety

  1. You can only enter and exit the garden via the entrance gate marked with a sign saying ‘Aflopark’ or indicated by garden staff.
  2. Only use designated paths, tracks and alleys on the site. It is forbidden to move through parts of the gardens which are being gardened. It is not permitted to run in the gardens and especially in the flowerbeds.
  3. It is forbidden to damage plants and equipment in the Aflopark, in particular to pick flowers and plant fragments.
  4. In cases of blatant non-compliance with the regulations, the visitor will be forced to leave the gardens immediately.
  5. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and tobacco products, is prohibited in the gardens.
  6. Please observe order and cleanliness and the general rules of social coexistence.

X. Within the garden area it is also prohibited to

  1. Acquire plants (cuttings, seeds, spores) without a permit.
  2. Climb on garden architectural features, fountains, walls, etc.
  3. Litter, pollute bodies of water, soil and air.
  4. Move benches, fixed architecture and garden equipment.
  5. Picking and plucking herbs, vegetables and fruit without a permit.
  6. Enter bodies of water.
  7. Engage in any sporting activity.
  8. Light bonfires, barbecues and create an immediate fire hazard.
  9. To carry out commercial activities, door-to-door canvassing, door-to-door trading and to place advertisements in the garden area and car park.
  10. It is forbidden to bring and consume beverages.
  11. Use radios loudly.

XI. Final warnings

  1. In the event of non-compliance with the applicable rules for visiting the garden as set out in the Rules, the garden is not liable for any accidents that may occur.
  2. Visitors and users of the garden’s facilities and equipment shall be liable for any damage caused through their fault or that of persons under their care.
  3. It is the responsibility of the management or other employees of the garden to enforce and control the rules and regulations.
  4. Parents or guardians are responsible for damage caused by the child.
  5. Children are only allowed to remain on the Aflopark premises under the constant supervision of an adult.
  6. Persons in quarantine or suffering from COVID-19 or other infectious diseases are not allowed to enter Aflopark.
  7. The following persons will not be admitted to Aflopark: intoxicated persons, persons under the influence of drugs, psychotropic drugs or other intoxicating substances and persons behaving aggressively.
  8. Aflopark is not responsible for items left in the garden.
  9. Persons violating the provisions and rules of the bylaws shall be subject to criminal liability in accordance with the procedure and rules provided for by law:
    • in the Code of Offences,
    • on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism,
    • on the protection and shaping of the environment,
    • on nature protection.
